Good driver orientation and training. Dispatchers I had were nice and helpful. Plenty of dedicated lanes available. Equipment all pretty new and in good condition. The pay is horrid, a problem that is only compounded by spending half the day waiting for dispatch or getting sent to pick ups and drop offs at the wrong time. But hey, It's a company that hires with no experience. Get what you need from them and get out, but don't expect gold out of it. Might have to push dispatch but they will give you work. If you want to go home after week 1 find a new career. The deal is, you stay out for a few weeks. Give them their required notice for home time, and they will get you home. If you have a problem with dispatch, there are channels to go through to get that handled. They want people to put miles in. But, they're not going to beg you to work. All they have to do is look at your log, to see what kind of driver you are. Do, that, and they are more inclined to work with you. The best equipment I have ever driven. Never had a tractor too much over 400,000 miles. Fantastic maintenance as well. Do your job, and they will take care of you. I was promissed 2,500 miles a week. Rarely made 1,500 miles a week. Dont hesitate to ask questions.
