Customer service is non existent at this co. No paid overtime. Most definitely not an 8 hour work day. Overall would not recommend due to high stress and no work life balance/un paid ot. When the end of the week comes your mentally fried. Severely understaffed and they say there hiring but there is not even job openings in the area posted. If they wanted to help they would. You get 19 days combined pto. So your vacation and sick are also included. You gain the time every pay period, based on the hours you work. This is not having a good work life balance. Vacation at any job is usually 40 hours(7 days) sick days-40 hours(7 days) PTO 40 hours (7 days) That means, Progressive cuts 2 days from normal jobs hours. 19 days out of 365? This is unacceptable. Other jobs who pay less, offer more. Also they make you use your pto for the time you missed. I should be able to choose if I want to get paid or not for the time I missed. Not be forced to use it. This is a call center, do they not account for everyone’s mental health? Diversity is celebrated and updating procedures is rewarded. They support a healthy work/life balance. What is a typical day like for you at the company? In the call center we handled all incoming sales and service calls. Checking email and voicemail messages. Attending team meetings and training sessions.
