Pernix was a great place to work, but leadership lost its way. Company culture has declined. As a result, close to 30% turnover in 2018. Take care of employees and treat them the way you want them to treat your customers. HR needs to listen and "act" on claims of harassment or abuse of power. Good employees don't become bad employees overnight.
