Greedy management. Land of misfit toys. Rewarding reps with minuscule quotas and the people who bring in the revenue get screwed. They play favorites and it is a typical good ole boys network. Home office and HR very good. Typical day at work is about 12-14 hours per day Learned to uncover needs and coach other to ask right questions to uncover needs so we are able to position product as a solution Hardest part of the job was selling extended release opioid which is a market I wanted out of. Most enjoyable were the people and satisfaction gained by helping others.
