I was a bit concerned about life at QAD before I started; I've worked in a corporate environment before and generally found it a mess of silos and politics. But QAD is very different. There is a real desire to work together, to innovate, and to support each other. I genuinely love it. The only reason I haven't scored everything a 5 is because I haven't completed a year yet, so as yet have no information on salary increases or advancement... But I am optimistic!

Everyone at QAD is welcoming and wants to help you succeed. The Santa Barbara office has beautiful grounds and a fantastic view of the water. There are great perks (including free breakfast and lunch and a gym downstairs) and friendly, hardworking people.

The best part of working at QAD is the people you work with.
The culture is kind and witty. There's a good sense of humor all around the office and people readily bring that good nature into everything they do. Employees are encouraged to speak up and they're listened to regardless of their place in the company. There is no shame for making mistakes or not knowing how to do things, help and resources are made readily available and learning is encouraged.
Drawbacks at QAD are few. Working from home the company does its best to look after the employees and address their needs as best they can.
If you're seeking a work place that offers community and opportunities for growth QAD is not to be missed.

QAD is a great place to come to work. Couldn't ask for a nicer facility and people to work with. That being said, my only complaint is not having enough time off. There's a balance in my life that is a little askew.
