CEO Bronson is a pure investor. Has no clue on how to manage people (Tries to act like he does). Go back to wall street and do your thing. His ancient ways are as old as his technology... Horrible structure and sporadic processes. This place wont survive for another 2 maybe 3 years. Especially if he keeps trying to raise stock price and sell then buy when low...

Good people, friendly environment, workload is pretty much a quarter of your day, yeah that's it.
Good place to work if you don't like to work.

Where to begin... There's about 10 employees here so don't believe what they tell you, CEO is a pure wall street investor with absolutely ZERO management knowledge, feels like kindergarten at certain times. Horrible work ethic in this place, everyone's here to play around, drink coffee and waste time, seriously. Very old 1980s technology who most people don't know still exists...
Upwards progression is literally impossible here as the CEO 'owns' the company and there's only a handful of employees... Nothing to do if you actually progressed really.
Not sure how the owner, Bronson pays salaries to employees who do zero work and claim that they do... He's either being played or just doesn't care. I'm pretty sure he'll understand who I'm talking about when he sees this. Not a very hard slacker to spot.

Great group of dedicated and loyal people. Excellent work / life balance. The new management and team members are caring and supportive. People truly help each other professionally. Management always available to listen to ideas. By the way, new CEO is Stephen N. Bronson. Not Larry Firestone any more.

Small company so positional advancement may occasionally be available but is limited. On the other hand, you get to wear many hats if you want to try it.

Wall street management has taken over the company. Publicly traded. Not profitable for several quarters. It appears to me that the recent wall street management takeover has more of a short term get the stock price up and cash out mentality. Old technology.
