Nothing! Absolutely nothing. You can literally do ANY job for more money and way less stress. No recognition whatsoever.

Low pay, long hours, only employee on shift at a time-safety concern, terrible leadership and constant changing corporate staff. Expected to never make an error of any kind. Written up for the slightest mistake or tardy/absence. Literally overworked.

Negative culture, pay not competitive, no training or work/life balance. Was in an extremely small department and was micromanaged beyond belief. Manager did not know what she was doing but wouldn’t even let me sit in on meetings for the job I was hired to do. Then try to explain to me what was said, I would assist, and then I was not given credit for what got done. Spoke poorly of me and my coworkers to each other creating tension to say the least because of her own inadequate skill set. Her leadership was not oblivious to this, they just turned a blind eye. I decided to leave immediately rather than invest time in a company that was ran this way. Should have read reviews and did my homework on this company! They’ve recently closed in many states including Illinois as recent as this past month. Yes, it’s payday loans or small “financial “ products. They won’t be around long and my understanding going to work in Canada to avoid Biden’s regulations

Listen to employees concerns rather than letting them walk out the door. The turnover is outrageous. Get rid of toxic people regardless of their position that hurt your reputation and quite frankly will land you in a court room
