Staff is under paid and upper management definitely have there favorites. They pay who they want to pay. The company does not care about you and or your family. They only care about themselves and making more money for themselves.

Wayyy too much gossip between stores, old lady I worked with is always on the AM gossiping about others, i had bo training had to learn as I went, theres alot of favoritisim, just because AM was related to a worker at one of the stores she had alot of priority, not a good place to work

The ad says "join a team that will appreciate" LOL they do not!! Lots of collection calls, never seem to do a good enough job. Expect goals to be met, but it's close to impossible to reach them.
Upper management is clueless as to how the branched should operate.

It was really fun working here at the beginning.

Fast Paced,Learned good communication skills.Management had a few flaws when policies began to change.Most of management was really great to deal with.My team was exceptional and we got alot of awards and won many contests! The hardest part of the job was the long hours and under-staffing at times. The most enjoyable part was working with a good team!
