My experience with Tapfin handling recruitment for Qualcomm was disappointing. While the opportunity to work at Qualcomm was appealing, the lack of professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment from Tapfin overshadowed any potential benefits. I would caution others to approach opportunities managed by Tapfin with skepticism and to thoroughly research and negotiate before accepting any offers.

My experience with Tapfin, the recruitment agency handling hiring for Qualcomm, left much to be desired. While the opportunity to work at Qualcomm was appealing, the process managed by Tapfin was lacking in professionalism and transparency.
Cons:
• Unethical practices: The job offer presented by Tapfin seemed to significantly undervalue my skills and experience. It appeared that they were more focused on cutting costs than offering fair compensation.
• Lack of transparency: Throughout the recruitment process, Tapfin failed to provide clear and honest information about the job role, compensation package, and benefits. This lack of transparency made it difficult to make informed decisions.
• Poor communication: There were significant delays in communication from Tapfin's side, leading to frustration and uncertainty about the status of the application.
• Overall slimy vibe: The overall impression left by Tapfin was one of unprofessionalism and insincerity. It felt like they were more concerned with their own interests than those of the candidates.
