Hard working employees that care. Unlimited PTO.

Political. Chosen few make all the decisions. Cannot prioritize. No product pipeline. Lack of vision and strategy, employees are overworked and not compensated well. Lowest raises I’ve ever seen and I have been in diagnostics 25 years. Say they care about employees but their actions speak louder than words. Lack of transparency even though it one of their core behaviors. Higher ups only manage up. Do not care about people’s career aspirations and helping them get there.

Quidel as a company used to be fantastic, friendly, people helping people; great innovative products

Well they acquired another company or did that company acquire them as they are running it now; many of the great people that made Quidel what it was have been RIFed; and its layoffs every other week. Just have to look at the stock, used to be several hundred dollars now if it breaks $40 its a good day; lots of procedures to follow, lots of hoops and hurdles, worse than the government ever thought of being
