1) Name sake listed company
2] hire and fire culture
3] you work for full year and they fire you just before appraisal and your hard work is given to least deserving team members
4] HR is lousy especially the HR Director and Recruitment Manager and Principal Recruiter who gets you in with all fake promises
5] undeserving people get promoted every year just by doing politics. New joiners in the team are not welcomed. The oldies have fear of their visibility getting hampered. They stick to politics to get the deserving people out. Look at any and every team

- 0 QA/Developers in the US. You'll spend a majority of your time monitoring escalations / high severity issues. You'll let the CX know that their issues are high priority and being addressed knowing that 0 work is being done outside of IST work schedule.
- Archaic culture / office expectations. Half your team is remote yet in office presence required for "collaboration"
- High turnover.. constantly losing tribal knowledge hurts the entire team.
- Run like a small startup yet ~6b market cap.
