Itâs an okay place to work

Training was virtual, fast paced but thorough. My only complaint was the amount of times the system would go down and we were not able to perform the job duties. It made for a frustrating work day. My leadership team was great!

Really disorganized. Work is never done cuz they have incompetent people making the job for everyone, we got tired of complaining about lack of work every single day and they never fix it. Donât look for advancement here, youâll get stock doing the same job forever. Leads and management doesnât even know what theyâre doing, theyâre always lost. HR doesnât exist there basically, managers need to deal with everything, they have an office for nothing cuz they never want to help you. Donât waste your time, yes you can make good money but by time is gonna get annoying and exhausting. Isnât worth it

What is the best part of working at the company?
Pay, regular raises, PTO, and shift bargaining. Ridiculous discounts on products, however except the TV I bought have not been excited about quality of those products.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being yelled at by customers because theyâve called several times and even supervisors donât resolve issues.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, non stop calls. Itâs very rare for any down time. You get 2 fifteens and a 30, required but not paid.

Great Benefits, Low Pay. Too many calls with no escalation. I got worn out quick with the high call volume. Training was excellent. Management was not. For a billion dollar company they need to do better.

working for QVC its great, they offer benefits such as pto, health insurance. the job is easy to do but takes a while to go through multiple screens. quality is great they listen in on you and provide feedback. but management is strict when it comes to their policy. if you failed to do their policies you can be given a write up or terminated.
