RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key account management to hit business goal including revenue and design win target.
Possess Account ownership both internally and externally.
Good at communication and able to build close relationship with customer KDM to maintain long term business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BSEE or MSEE with focus on RF/Electronics/semiconductor Engineering.
8+ Year semiconductor sales or marketing experience required. Engineer background is preferred.
Highly self-motivated, passion, integrity and team work.
Team management skill, mentoring and training capability, Leadership and strategy sense.
Big account management experience is a plus.
Fluent oral and written in English and Chinese.
Good at Microsoft Office Tools, SFDC experience is a Plus.

Assembler (Front-Half Day Shift)

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working a compressed work week schedule at 12 hours each shift. Earn daily overtime every week! Compressed work week works 3 days one week and 4 days the next. Front-half day shift’s schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reads, comprehends, and follows required safety policies.
Completes any work assignment with perfect safety practices.
Responsible for producing quality results to the documented specifications.
Follows MES and planning systems to schedule product runs.
Perform multiple functions within an area, which may include: the operation and certification on multiple tools in one of the manufacturing areas.
Meet daily output requirements.
Ability to access and utilize production tools, such as scheduling software, MES systems, SPC and equipment and product control systems.
Responsible for time management, including arrival and departure, adherence to breaks and lunch policies.
Assist support groups as needed.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED required.
1 year of related manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 20+lbs is required.
Demonstrates competent computer skills.
Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Strong work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and team skills.
This is a factory position and requires wearing cleanroom attire and working in a cleanroom environment.

SUMMARY:
As an Automotive Customer Quality Engineer, you will represent the Business Unit for all aspect related to quality and reliability for semiconductor products at the die level and packaged products. Your role will be to act as a customer advocate and liaison to improve customer satisfaction and to solve product quality issues. A firm knowledge of all aspects of semiconductor fabrication, testing and failure modes is required. Previous history of Supporting Automotive Customer is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track customer quality performance, analysis of customer returns and maintain customer documentation database. Ability to refine and publish customer reports, respond to SCARs, complete FAI reports and source inspections is a must.
Act as the voice and advocate of the customer for product quality
Actively address product quality performance, such as Field Failure Returns and Quality Material Returns (RMA), analysis of data and drive implementation of improvement programs
Interact with multiple functional groups such as customers/sales/product engineering/design/reliability on quality issues
Complete customer satisfaction assessment
Coordinate customer meetings and audits
Manage and direct customer queries and questionnaires as needed
Ensure compliance with quality managements systems such as PCN and EOL procedures
Lead CIS/8D problem solving teams for automotive products
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering or other related engineering field required. MSEE or MBA desired
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry; minimum of 2 years of experience with Semiconductor Automotive
Previous experience working in a Quality organization preferably Customer Quality
Knowledge of both Front and Backend manufacturing flow
Able to drive internal Teams to resolve complex technical issues
Knowledge of PPAP, Safe Launch, RMA, PCN, LEAN principles and Six Sigma Methodology
Problem solving, 8D, FMEA experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with Automotive and high demanding customers
Familiar with Automotive standards such as:
AECQ
VDA 6.3
TS16949 / IATF 16949
ISO 9001
ISO 26262
Familiar with ZVEI standard
Must have previous experience using data mining software such as JUMP and SPOTFIRE

The Category Manager – Foundry and Fab Materials (CM) is responsible for the effective coordination and optimization of the sourcing process for foundry wafers and fab materials. The CM maintains relationships with internal stakeholders at various Qorvo sites; organizes requirements and manages interactions with Suppliers. The CM implements comprehensive agreements with suppliers outlining all commercial, capacity, and technical aspects. The CM maintains ownership of supplier contracts, commercial terms and price performance. The CM also leads periodic review sessions with key suppliers; achieves cost and lead time reduction, manages quotations and cost analysis to aid in negotiations. The CM coordinates the qualification of alternative solutions by evaluating supplier capabilities, capacity and overall ability to deliver. The CM must also drive process standardization strategies across all manufacturing sites, resolve supplier nonconformance issues and implement corrective actions, as well as prepare and present periodic Category reports to the Executive Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the Global Qorvo spend on category specific foundry and fab materials and achieve annual cost reduction goals
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to qualify alternative sources for assurance of supply
Measure supplier performance, conduct supplier business reviews and implement improvements
Measure spending and savings, set reduction goals and manage projects to achieve success
Maintain Category Strategy and present Category report-outs to leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-Managed/Motivated: the ability to independently set priorities, meet commitments and the desire to seek valuable improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to clarify complex situations and gather consensus with internal and external audiences
Multitasking: the ability to manage numerous activities simultaneously and reprioritize in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Desired Experiences:
Knowledge about the semiconductor foundry and fab materials and silicon supply chain
Background in (or work closely with) manufacturing and Process Engineering
Experience with SAP (Material Management module, PO, Material Master, etc.) and supplier contract administrator
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar
3-5 years of category management experience in the semiconductor industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key account management to hit business goal including revenue and design win target.
Possess Account ownership both internally and externally.
Good at communication and able to build close relationship with customer KDM to maintain long term business.
Business management is preferred on defining business strategy, Design-in tracking, FCST maintaining, total solution promotion, Independent ability to figure out and solve the issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction & respond to customer in a timely manner.
Proactive internal communication with the supporting teams, and wisely set up efficient and effective actions to hit the business goal
A certain business sense on market trend and competition status.

Distributors management at project tracking, FCST review, resource management and problem solving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BSEE or MSEE with focus on RF/Electronics/semiconductor Engineering.
8+ Year semiconductor sales or marketing experience required. Engineer background is preferred.
Highly self-motivated, passion, integrity and team work.
Team management skill, mentoring and training capability, Leadership and strategy sense.
Big account management experience is a plus.
Fluent oral and written in English and Chinese.
Good at Microsoft Office Tools, SFDC experience is a Plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
