<p>To continue our solid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Kit Manufacturing Technician I to join our Manufacturing Team at our Billerica facility. The successful applicant will work within a multidisciplinary team of other manufacturing technicians, R&amp;D scientists, and engineers. </p>
<p>The Kit Manufacturing Tech I will perform routine production activities related to the manufacturing of Quanterix test kits for both internal use and shipment to our expanding outside customer base. Working from standard operating procedures, they will perform a broad array of manufacturing processes including the manufacture and preparation for shipment of both critical and non-critical test kit components. Most activities will be conducted in a manufacturing / biochemistry lab environment.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Routine manufacturing of kit related reagents: Buffers, Standards, Blocking solutions and wash solutions.</li>
<li>Documentation: Working from standard operating procedures also reviewing, updating and writing the same.</li>
<li>Operation of automated manufacturing equipment including startup shutdown and maintenance procedures.</li>
<li>Final kit assembly including documentation logistics leading to the completion of the device history record.</li>
<li>Balance multiple tasks. Demonstrate knowledge in the use of basic lab techniques and basic computer knowledge. Demonstrate the ability to meet standards as defined by the manufacturing process.</li>
<li>Other duties as necessary. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor, Associate degree or Certificate degree in the science or related field.</li>
<li>0 - 2 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing support related position in chemical or biotech manufacturing.</li>
<li>Hands on experience with standard biotech laboratory practices (pipetting, balances, etc).</li>
<li>Good math skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, procedures and approaches.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written English)</li>
<li>Must be a positive team player, with a willingness to learn manufacturing processes and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.</li>

<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>
<p>To continue our solid growth, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Technology group. This person will be responsible for managing programs aimed at developing and launching systems based on our Simoa technology. The programs involve cross-functional activities in research, engineering, assay development, sales and marketing, and service and support. This position will manage these activities and drive the teams to successful programs. This person will also be involved in the development of requirements of new programs. The systems are being developed for the research markets and, ultimately, the diagnostics markets. </p>

<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>
<p>To continue our solid growth, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Technology group. This person will be responsible for managing programs aimed at developing and launching systems based on our Simoa technology. The programs involve cross-functional activities in research, engineering, assay development, sales and marketing, and service and support. This position will manage these activities and drive the teams to successful programs. This person will also be involved in the development of requirements of new programs. The systems are being developed for the research markets and, ultimately, the diagnostics markets. </p>
<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with Marketing and R&amp;D to develop product roadmap</li>
<li>Develop relationships with external collaborators</li>
<li>Launch and manage new product introduction (NPI) teams consisting of internal and external members</li>
<li>Drive new products through a formal stage-gate development process</li>
<li>Assist in the optimization of a pragmatic new product development system</li>
<li>Regularly communicate NPI status to the Executive Team</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Skill and Knowledge Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with the development and approval of in vitro diagnostic systems highly preferred</li>
<li>Proven ability to work between Marketing, Finance, Research, Engineering, and Operations to bring new products from concept to shipping</li>
<li>Experience with medical devices or analogous systems</li>
<li>First-hand experience bringing new products through a formal stage-gate product development process</li>
<li>Excellent ability to communicate clearly with senior management</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the medical instrument and reagent market desirable</li>
