pay is not the same across the same titles, sometimes contractors are left out of meetings/discussions that impact their work, management can be the extremes of very supportive or are fully hands off, some teams are understaffed leading to work delays

Inclusion and diversity it is well stablished throughout the organization.

Pipeline somewhat delayed for now and may impact job security but as soon this challenge is overcome the company will be a stable place to work.

Great company with great targets for treatments in the rare disease space. Nice new facility in Bedford, MA. Introduced to Supply chain data and received a nine month crash course. Also got a little exposure to Oracle ERP after being in SAP for nine years
|
My inexperience in Supply Chain made the position challenging. In addition me and my Manager weren't aligned on the best ways to get me up to speed. Ultimately wasn't a good fit so I moved on.
