Stressful and unappreciated.

Sales are constant expectation and upper management is not forgiving when expectations aren't met. There is no work life balance and the pay is ridiculously low.

Over worked, underpaid, Under appreciated, and horrible work like balance
|
Really consider working here. Did not start off bad but over the years the work became more and more with no pay to follow it. Over worked and the higher ups do not know how day to day work life works, and expect unrealistic expectations. Expect you to get 20 sales in one day every other Friday, but when you have a high value like that the repercussions are that you will have a ton of charge offs due to that sale. And you get in trouble for high charge offs but the company lets anymore online put a penny down and call it good to sell to them. Stay away if you can!

The upper management, doesn’t matter what you do or did it is never good enough, this place is very stressful

Stressful never enough help not enough time to get everything done
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Phones inventory customer coming keeping store full and clean and multiply texts phone calls and emails from DM always giving you more to do and I was the only one in the store
