Going in everyday wondering when I’d be the next person to be laid off due to them constantly outsourcing jobs over seas.

You’re disposable to them. It honestly wasn’t worth the stress.

They like to change policies and not tell their employees until it’s time to write them up.

In my experience with this company, I find it to be a suitable place to initiate one's career journey. The organization presents itself as a viable platform for career growth. However, it's essential to note that my perception is influenced by the nature of our healthcare account. Given the paramount importance of health in such an environment, it's concerning that the healthcare practitioners, particularly the nursing staff, seem somewhat detached. Personal experiences have shown that when discussing health concerns, there's a lack of thorough inquiry, resulting in a reliance on standard medication without delving into the underlying issues. Consequently, my visits to the clinic have decreased due to this pattern.
Moreover, I must highlight some shortcomings in the management aspect. Specifically, there's a noticeable lack of professionalism and employee-centric behavior from a certain director. This aspect has been a motivational factor for considering alternative career options.
In summation, while the company offers potential for career advancement and development, it's crucial for both the healthcare and management aspects to align better with employee needs and professional standards.

Not worth the money. They will eventually outsource your position to the Phillipines..after they force you to train your replacement. In some case you'll train 2 people to replace you because they could not meet or exceed your quality of work or productivity with only one "body" (to them, you are "a body."..management's own words.)
There are still companies that are U.S. Owned, operated and loyal to continually employ the citizens of the United States of America. Don't work for a sell out. You're better than that.

Great flexibility, but advancement does not reflect value making hard work meaningless
|
I have been with this company from the beginnings, and following transition into R1, Cloudmed (now R1RCM) no longer feels the same. The advancement opportunities seem to be unfairly geared toward favoritism, instead of hard work and commitment. I have on average spent 12+ hours daily and worked weekends, made large advancements in training and education, in addition to my own responsibilities as a leader, performed management duties, and at the same time managed to personally inflow over 6 million in revenue to clients in my bonus time in a single year; but was unfairly passed over for a management position I had been waiting patiently for almost 2 years (position handed to someone whom I assisted training). Although this individual is a good person and also deserving, thier skillset didn't compare to my qualification, experience, cross training, personal attributes in alignment with the position and my overall knowledge. They are biased, and in my personal experience harsh when it comes to minor learning mistakes, which these will ultimately outweigh all your major accomplishments. Management is easily intimidated by talented individuals succeeding; highly skilled, motivated, innovative and creative members are not valued as they should be. No explanation could be provided for the lack in judgement. Now, after almost 4 years of non-stop hard work and commitment, looking elsewhere to find a company which will appreciate and value A+ individuals with leadership and loyalty to deserving contributors only seeking advancement and management opportunity without being hindered. -The plus side for working here is that they are extremely flexible, but will expect much from you. They are thoughtful of family circumstances and understanding on that regard, some managers less than others. Benefits are not great, and medical coverage is hardly anything for the price. Compensation could be better. Salary increases for promotions are small.

What is the best part of working at the company?
R1 let us keep our jobs and work them as we would have before Sutter Health Outsourced us to them.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with them and about 4 or 5 months into it we found out that R1 was taking a piece of our work bit by bit and sending those to India. They also sent us a few emails just for us to apply.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I have now been with them for 9 months and still have no idea what they do. We have no meetings to update and ask questions. If they do that then my team doesn't get an invite.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Searching for work were ever we can, because R1 has sent most of our work to India. They don't communicate and let us know. We are basically training the Off Shore, India coworkers how to do our jobs.
