Great place to work if you don't mind stress
|
Two weeks of lousy in room training then two weeks of nesting with little support. By the time you're taking calls on your own you still won't have a good grasp on how to schedule or get past system errors. You can advance in the company at the price of your sanity. The calls will be non-stop from the moment you go available on the phones to when you clock out nomatter what your shift is. On average I take 40 to 50 inbound calls a day. I would apply at any other call center but this one. The lack of professionalism for both frontline employees and management is just unbelievable. Just don't work here. I wish I listened to the reviews I read before I agreed to work with the company.

Always hiring no one ever stays ! VERY BAD COMPANY !!! Only money hungry

Management is beyond unorganized, and quick to blame their employees for any and all mistakes. You could do 100 good things but they will only mention the 1 bad thing. The staff is quite unprofessional. Managers claim its a relaxed environment however they micromanage your every move. No raise until maybe 2 years and it’s only a few cents ,only allow 10 min a whole day for bathroom then they question you and write you up, always listening to calls for mistakes and always short staffed so over worked is a always , only major holidays off nothing else ! Anyone moves up no real qualifications at all real ghetto management and staff and your be replaced in a second that’s why they are hiring like everyday ! Job good for a quick paycheck if needed definitely not long term at all . Ceo only worried about opening as much locations as they can not about quality! They have millions and provide old computers and software that always freezes ! They do not want to invest in quality just quantity! BEWARE!!!! And it’s all radnet subsidiary NYLHR, NJIN etc . All the same

No raise and overwork

At first it I loved working there but after some time you get overwhelmed with all the patients you have to check in and it’s a lot when you work as a very busy site. It also became super short staffed that you become more overworked and with all that work it’s a struggle to get a raise.
