A typical day begins while being productive at the start. Expect a manager to go over any highlights or changes throughout the day. Lunch is usually chosen and delivered free of charge. Co-workers share project responsibilities and trips to other campus settings are expected. Moral is extremely high. A very prestigious workplace.

Generally good pay. Outstanding benefits. Unwilling to accept remote work. Expectations across the company vary. Some love work, some hate it. The deciding factor is almost always management. Managers are often promoted quickly and without proper people training. Very competitive culture for promotions and recognition that lead to resentment. Easy to be taken advantage of if you don't know how to say no. Parties and free food are common. High expectations. Cliques are common.

Toxic environment. Bullying.

Too many managers and supervisors., passing on their duties to leads and people on the floor. Blame culture is insane from mgt and can't seem to gain respect from the floor due to the us and them mentality. Fear mongering is rife and leads to anxious and nervous people afraid to put a foot wrong. I used to love it there but grew to hate going to work .

Do as we say, not as we do. Reactionary decision making. Middle and lower management mostly unaccountable. Many seemingly small ethical and technical issues that add up to problems with the overall system. Having come from other compliance industries, this one is by far the worst. Exponential growth may be the cause of the core problems.
