The lab is one of the busiest areas but the lab team is one of the best to work alongside. Cross-training is a must otherwise you will be a burden. You are required to complete tasks using sites like Jira, Confluence and Smartsheets. There are very busy days where you will be working non-stop and others where you will have to find something to do. As it was once said to me, “If you can’t handle the pressure, you don’t belong at Resonant.” There are many cultural, age and lifestyle differences between one coworker and another - misunderstandings WILL happen.
