I was told when hired as long as I could use a screwdriver Iâd be fine, new facilities manager comes in and everything goes downhill. The guy was also responsible for another position at the exact same time as trying to fix the facilities issues.

The company was a awesome place to work last year. Now this year it has gotten terrible.
More work for you and less pay. Management plays both sides to everyone, they cut overtime and now wants you to do the job of two people. I will be leaving this place.

Not worth your time, skills or energy. This place sucks the life out of you. The pay is terrible(all pun intended). You have to be security guard, cashier, janitor, among other job duties. You put your safety at risk everyday for minimum wage, all for them after 6 months to give you a quarter raise.

I cannot think of a positive thing to say about this company

It was regularly unsafe, unfriendly, and unorganized. Not disorganized, this place seems to have never worked smoothly. The leads are incompetent and have difficulty understanding daily concerns are the result of their actions and lack of ability. The pay is disheartening. The hours are brutal and regularly trended toward 90 hour weeks. The conditions on several occasions could have resulted in serious injury or worse, to seemingly no improvement or investigation into the conditions.
I can say without hesitation that nobody should work here. For those that work there now, I am sorry, and I hope you find a better job soon that respects you as a person.

A Mess

I learned a lot in my time here, but unfortunately some of it was learning about how snake like people can be. My direct manager and department head were fantastic to work with, as were my coworkers. The workload is insane both in the labs and in admin. Finance is a rotating door and HR feels conniving outside of recruiting and compensation management, though comp is all over the board and you have to advocate for yourself, especially for engineering and scientific staff. Iâm very sad management doesnât see the value in individual contributors. Employees were pushed out after taking sick leave and pregnancy leave. Some employees were pushed out due to age. Glad I got out when I did. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
