Manager (Current Employee) Rockville, MD MDA Exciting technology, great culture I really like working at REGENXBIO - it's still a start-up but has a lot of infrastructure in place. The people are warm, intelligent, and are really passionate about their contribution to the development of gene therapies. The benefits are great - there is nothing being deducted from my paycheck for the medical, dental, or vision coverage for me AND my family. The 401k has a great match, we get 20 days of PTO plus a winter holiday break, and stock options, too! There is the opportunity for any employee to make a near-immediate, measurable impact on the organization, and there seems to be a lot of future growth opportunity as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much REGENXBIO has invested in using new technologies and platforms both in the labs as well as with IT and other groups. Overall, I'm really happy to be working here. Passionate employees; new, open working areas; sitting/standing desks; snacks are always stocked!
