I worked here for 3 years. Don't work here unless you desperately need a job. Career progression is unheard of here. All levels of management are clueless. It's amazing that certain Sales VP's still have a job after all of the turnover from SDR - Account Executive. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a career.

Disconnected and impulsive leadership. Public company that acted like a mom and pop shop. People were afraid to question leadership.

Culture was mixed. Good people and hard working. Decent work life balance. Leadership didn’t like being questioned and didn’t care to hear conflicting opinions.

Working on a project but expecting a fire drill or drastic change in direction.

Management is full of politics. A dead end job for most employees unless you get on the good side of a manager - meaning throwing people under the bus to make them look good. Don’t recommend.

Leading a team to success and watching them grow.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being asked to complete a task, completing that task and have the processed changed at the time of or just before the deadline. Then falsely being accused of not producing what was asked by VP level upper management to cover themselves.

Pleasant when you are left alone to do your job and help lead your team.

When working with my team and gaining heavy ground building revenue it's fantastic! Though stressful when being asked to complete a task, completing that task and have the processed changed at the time of or just before the deadline. Then falsely being accused of not producing what was asked by VP level upper management to cover themselves.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The staff…we had many good cross functional teams. We also appreciated having Fridays off for a limited time.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with a constant revolving door of executives.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Difficult…lots of tumultuous changes with Exec staff which then trickled down to the teams beneath them. Very top heavy with so many VPs….when what was really needed were more worker bees.

Work with immediate teams…and lots of meetings

The company is not a good place to be if you care about your health, or if you have any interest in growing your career. Management is tyrannical, and they do not care about the employees. Sales is the only thing that matters, and on that note, the good old boys club not much love for new members of the sales team.
