Always feeling out of the loop. Never knowing what’s going on. Layoffs.

Any other. Large, global, disconnected. In authentic leadership. Say one thing but don’t mean it.

Overall a good experience

Worked in the finance department. I enjoyed working there. The environment was supportive and positive. Hardworking and diligent management.
The pay was very low, and they didn’t want to promote no matter what I did. There was some bias and who you know or friends with type of promotion.

They Don’t Listen to Employees

The great place to work survey is a joke. Most every employee I’ve talked to do not think it is such. Management & C-Suite can provide you with all the monthly town halls and calls they can, but unless you are in sales or finance they do not care about your opinion. Ask to cut costs but the marketing events they put on cost no telling how much for probably little to no return.
Pretty much if you are below a VP you can expect to go 18+ months these days without an increase in pay and by then the 2% they allow is actually less than you were making from the previous raise adjusted for inflation. Off cycle promotions are rare. Turnover is becoming high.

Overall the ccompany is a great place to work. As with any organizations, there are pros and cons and always room for improvement. However over the course of time I have been employed with the company I have limited complaints outside of them needing to do some adjustments to the salary ranges and how they do increases annually and internal raises.

Office is chill. Boss was friendly and caring. Call routine is so 'ugh'! Callers ask 1 question but you're forced to interrogate to pass 2x/weekly QA.
