I would say hire managment that has been in the trenches that can really train and develop. Hire people with personality that can relate to and connect with people and deal with different personalities. The company overall is very progressive, but the sale manage lacks.

I deeply appreciate the company culture at Rapid7, everyone is very friendly and responsive. Since the first day I've joined I felt welcomed in the company.
While the company could be considered as "corporate" due to its size, I feel that we retain start-up like focus to deliver the most value to our customers. I feel fulfilled by the work I'm doing.
The compensation we receive is competitive with the top companies in Prague.
While you are expected to deliver, the expectations are not crazy hard and new achieved. No one is micromanaging your and a high level of trust is given to you.

Since the Prague office is quite new, the benefits are little limited compared to other companies.

Great culture along with a very creative and talented roster of co-workers. The perfect balance of team without it becoming saccharine or preachy. An overall welcoming atmosphere with good autonomy in the roles. The company cares about its people and has excellent intentions. Great products that you can be proud to represent, that perform very well in the space.

Mild disconnect among departments. Occasinally there is more concern about personal numbers versus investing time in improving for the organization's greater good. A blind eye can be turned toward antiquated practices/incompetency if the number is "mostly" there. It's worth mentioning this is all minuscule in scale
