nasdaq:rrr https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=2345 Mar 28th, 2024 12:00AM Open Open Station Casinos Casino Cage Cashier Las Vegas, NV Amazing people have good company Amazing people Great benefits Good discounts Poorly ran Uncaring Poor opportunities for advancement -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 POSITIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 2345 Open The people this company hires is amazing however the management comes off as uncaring and two-faced everybody here works in a popularity contest and I was a popular one and I didn't like it I didn't struggle with anyone but I saw plenty of people get bullied and picked on and hazed and actually lose their job The pay is terrible regardless of what department you're in I saw people literally get more money working at Walmart then they were doing accounting for this company they're raises are pathetic though they are annual however I saw that even be used as a tool for hazing as new employees were denied a raise that was given to all employees because of how well the company was doing and instead they were told that because they had not worked there for a year they would not be receiving it however that was not a condition of the raise this company also celebrated voting out the unions and disenfranchising their culinary workers My advice would be to care a little bit more about your actual employees and not just say you do too much weight is put on the direct supervisors and managers of the immediate departments without any real sense of culpability or reliability can be found with the heads of the departments the higher-ups or even in most cases the actual managers The middle supervisors are very caring and do more work than a required of them which sadly ends up because they do being required of them this company has mandatory over time and they will enforce it they will not talk to you about it My advice would be to ask It disenfranchises your workers and makes them feel like they are not important and like you do not care about them overall I worked at this company for over a year and the only reason that I can say any part of it was enjoyable was because of my fellow co-workers we all had a sense of surviving misery together however the company and their higher ups do not care they do provide great benefits however they make sure that you are aware of how great their benefits are anytime they need you to do anything their points system for attendance is also highly aggressive and they do not accept doctor's note so if you have any illnesses that are chronic whatsoever you should seek employment elsewhere they will terminate you they will find a reason 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Open Mar 31st, 2024 02:06PM Mar 31st, 2024 02:06PM Red Rock Casino
