I am working in Radisys since last 2 years. I really enjoying working here.we have hybrid work model. Company provides food and refreshments in their cafeteria for free.

Writing a review because HR called and asked to write nice things.

Going back on every promise.
Heavy culture of favoritism.
No variable pay being given.
Heavy pay disparity.
No Hikes being given even though company is achieving all targets.( Although it is coming out that some favorites were given hikes in 2023 but it was kept hush)
No approachability towards management.
Random Firing on the floor.
4 managers for every engineer. Company is too top heavy with People in management draining company's finance by drawing heavy salaries and doing minimal work that can't be justified anywhere in the private sector industry. Meanwhile, technical people toil day and night for no monetary rewards.
