Not transparent on how pay structure works…example the base pay of 20k is not a real base pay …ex if you 50k in sales and you expect to make 70k in total , this is not the case,…you’ll will only get 50k …the 20k base salary disappears. Also you get a lot of appointments only in the beginning, like 10 plus per weekly than after a few months it literally drops to 0. This happens regardless of skills. If somehow you unknowingly angers management, you will also no longer be fed appointments.

Free trainings they provide you but will terminate you if you don't show up to them. You are self employed yet treat you like you are W2. So not much of a pro but thats it. You work with preppy positive delusional people who end up paying the majority of their pay on taxes. This field is cut throat and you are not guaranteed any pay nor can you sue for anything since they have created a system to sign up as many recruits as possible using them and their resources to conquer their objectives. Ruining people's lives selling them a risky dream. Pyramid scheme. Whatever they can do to dominate the market, they will do it.

Borderline Scam. They have it set up so if you quit or get terminated which they make it very easy to be termed if you do not meet quota within a months time, you will not be guaranteed any pay for the work you have in the pipeline that is still undergoing permits like main panel upgrades, so don't quit and expect a final paycheck. You are not guaranteed any money for months of work, so you basically work on the premise of hope. Not guaranteed any pay.

The company is well organized and has a ton of resources. They are respected and well known and try to coach you through the process as a new employee.

They try to make it as easy as possible to sell the system however it's not quite that simple being you are rebuilding an mini energy center on your home. Lengthy process, confusing jargon and not too many people to speak to if you need quick answers. my personal opinion is that solar is not ready yet - much like the electric car - quite yet. It's too expensive
