If you are good at your job, the chance for promotion is low as you are more beneficial to Rush staying in your position regardless of your wishes. Once you start making more money than the management, they find ways to get rid of you. It was very upsetting to experience this. They beat you down and then tell you, your not working hard enough. They will write you up without telling you and then start looking for a reason (no matter how small) so they can fire you.
