It was an alright job

Nothing exciting and no real opportunity for advancement...it's a very clicky store especially including management but that's to be expected when the GM and Head Server are married. If you can make it through the hierarchy you'll make a little bit but nothing like what a select few make.

Meeting new clients and making memorable experiences for guests.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not feeling appreciated for putting millions of dollars on the books and even though it’s “family owned” not having a say in major changes that effect your day to day job.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s the restaurant business so can be clicky at times and the overall culture could be drastically better.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Keeping up on emails and phone calls. Being the face of the company with networking and local store marketing efforts and scheduling multiple site tours.

Was good money but the chef was pretty arrogant and inflammatory. FOH management was nice and everything ran smoothly but any problems BOH and needing to deal with the chef was a nightmare.

Fast paced, strict guidelines, fine dinning, perfection, long but rewarding. Went though a 6 week paid training program to teach me all things Ruth's Chris. They set you up for success and really want the best for you.

Great pay, great atmosphere, room to advance and generally have your best interest in mind

Short to no breaks, very busy when it's busy.

Manager (when I was there) always talked down towards employees and guests. Was very vocal about it. She made the environment not enjoyable. Did not show care towards staff at all.
