Ryanair é una compagnia seria che offre una buona opportunità a tutte le persone che vogliono sperimentare il settore dell’aviazione.
Per accedere alla posizione lavorativa di assistente di volo, é necessario completare un training di 6 settimane nel quale si approfondiscono molti argomenti, sia nella teoria che nella pratica. In questa fase, l’ambiente è molto piacevole perché ci si confronta con persone di diversa nazionalità e con diversi background.
Una volta terminato il corso, i nuovi assistenti di volo verranno allocati nelle varie sedi aeroportuali di tutta Europa e potranno cominciare il loro percorso lavorativo per Ryanair, beneficiando di una retribuzione competitiva e comparata alla situazione economica del Paese in cui ci si trova.

Buen ambiente de trabajo los compañeros son los que hacen que sea viable trabajar en la Oficina. No hay posibilidades de crecimiento interno a menos que seas amigo o pariente de los jefes. Es una empresa muy grande que se maneja como una pyme. El único beneficio son vuelos a muy bajo costo nunca gratis.

A typical day at work with Ryanair is they will ring you whenever they want for you to go into work to operate a flight, even on your day off! You have a 5 on 3 off week roster, and do not get to choose who you work with or where you fly to, the training is intense and so demanding and you have to remember it all! Sometimes they deduct money out of you’re monthly wage, and make an excuse as to why they have done this, also sometimes just make figures up they don’t care about you or your personal life, all they’re bothered about is how quick you can get into work

There isn't any..they are very hard to work with....they treat poorly towards there workers..it was the worst place I have ever worked at..
