Pay is competitive hourly and linehaul.
Benefits are probably best thing about working here, low cost and great coverage.

Equipment would be better but times are rushed as you only have 20 min to hook, check load, get paperwork(bills) ready, and do your pretrip on truck and trailer. Management out the ying yang and most of them have never done your job but they know it better than you. Very numbers focused, to the point they manipulate their own systems to make the terminal look better at the drivers detriment. Late start times so dont plan on making it home for dinner, and dont plan on missing evenings' at home to reflect on your check because of late start times. Be ready to be rushed all day as you will be pushed up against early close times of pickups due to late start times as well. You are just a body to fill a seat here, you are told you matter and have a voice, but they are alot like a toxic girlfriend that the actions dont match their words.

Its always put the customer first, yet the drivers are put into way too many situations that give bad customer service experiences. Focusing exclusively on the numbers from a computer screen creates rushed dock workers that cause damages and misloads, drivers are too rushed to check loads or provide customers with patience required at times. Remember, drivers are the face of the company, you also have no job without drivers, maybe listen to their input.
