Micro Managing by people that aren't even your manager. Previous management team was decent, now... good luck getting a "good job" or a "thank you". No construction criticism is provided, it's always negative to the point that this management team makes you question your intelligence.
If you're looking for a place where, at least 4 people complain about harassment on the same person and nothing is/was done, this is your place.

Packing parts to deliver. Wrapping with bubble wrap and stage in the same pallet.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Rushing jobs. And getting it right.

Some department are very smell, because of the painting parts. It's next to the packing area.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sometimes is Mello and someday you have pack fast. It goes orders.

I don’t even know how to express the amount of things I seen wrong here. The supervisors gossip about anything and everything instead of helping their team. If they don’t like you they pick on you till you quit or get fired. There’s no structure. The hours are ridiculous as well no work/ life balance here.
