The benefits are very good

Inflexible, antiquated, tone deaf
Despite what is publicized there is no interest in recruiting or retaining talent. The only focus is controlling employees and whether they blindly comply with orders. Executive management is only interested in showing they have power and are in control. They are not interested in anyone’s skills, abilities or contributions. Their decisions are short sighted. They’re a 155 year old bank and still operate that way; it’s the good ole boys and girls network. They put up a good front as caring but only as long as you fall in line and agree with them.

Lack of remote work. Too many managers micromanage and do not know how to train people properly. Software out of date. Not enough involvement of lower-level staff when events occur. Community involvement almost always focuses on Maryland but not DC and VA, leaving a majority of the footprint without community involvement.
