There was always someone willing to help. Each branch has different needs when it comes to scheduling, but managers were open to working with you if you needed any changes. But the management is very closed minded and does not believe in continual process improvement. Bank is reactionary, will not be able to make positive changes to stay competitive in the financial industry. There is a very toxic management structure in place. Very high turnover. New employees quickly realize that there is something wrong, and leave as soon as they can. The outdated technology they use is also remarkable. Nothing is integrated, and they slap cheap inefficient applications on top of other cheap inefficient applications. You'll be frustrated and unhappy here.
