It was a terrible decision but its not too late to go back. I'm sure we will be merged with another bank, so management is not willing to invest any capital into anything that is not existing, which is unfortunate. By the time we merge, all of the good employees will be gone and the execs will cash out and make a few hundred thousand, at least. Focus on employee retention - allow your employees to order the good toilet paper and pay them fairly. The pay in terrible, management is a train wreck. I wouldn't deposit 1 dollar in that bank due to the lack of customer data security.
