My Boss is very nice and she have communication and is very professional. She makes the team wanna work harder. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? When colleges call off work and we are short staffed. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Professional setting everyone pretty much is very helpful and communicative. Lots of nepotism. Benefits are miserable - high deductable health plans, low 401k match, no stock benefits unless you are commission-based, and no opportunities for advancement. Don't walk - RUN!!!! As far as work environment, unprofessional and toxic. I’m speaking solely for the branch I was in. Close knit group that acts as if they are still in high school. Would stay in the lunchroom for hours in the morning and leave the only teller to attend costumers. No help was offered unless told to by manager. Anytime a conversation was had with the manager, the manager would inform all the employees in the branch after. The list goes on, I believe to lead by example for people in higher positions. Due to this I was informed I would not get a good referral the one time I tried to put in my two weeks because it would make the manager look bad and push back other employees in the branch. I left months down the line without my two weeks put in. Overall it was a experience, I’m greatful for the clients i got to interact with and all the lessons I learned. Sometime there is no team work with other team members. Mostly managers. Lack of training. Job description are not detailed. Most staff members are not trained properly. There are job aides that can be used if you know where to find them. Short lunch breaks. While working here your coworkers are who you need to depend on for everything to function properly if something happens though it can fall apart easily.
