Smart lower management team members . Lots of tools to help close a sale.

Too many upper management initiatives. Spread really thin because of low staring salaries. Account executive incentives for sales contests has to be approved by CFO three week approval. Hiring process takes 3-4 weeks again has the be approved by CFO which holds up the process. Very micro management minded organization. You would think that the CFO had more important things to manage besides every aspect of daily life in a Sales Office.

Upper management the four page menu of initiatives you assign straight to AEs and bypassing lower management opinions stretches the team thin. The new shinny toy some middle tier management person thought was a good idea puts pressure on the rest of team because now they have to prove their idea was a great one for the company. Can we pick some items out the menu and get them right first before adding new items? Overall I’m looking to move to another company. Very unorganized upper management team makes working here confusing on what we need to prioritize.
