What is the best part of working at the company? Sinclair corporate took good care of the employees. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? For the job itself time management, otherwise stress from management style. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Sinclair corporate office had great care for employees however the management at my station was a complete opposite at times looked like they were fighting everything from corporate and made a negative working environment starting with the station manager. If I was at a different branch I suspect it would have been different based off of how corporate was giving raises and information from emails of what was happening in other sister stations. What is a typical day like for you at the company? But every single member of our newsroom was overworked and underpaid. There wasn't a lot of room for advancement and corporate decisions were handed down with little discussion, consideration, or explanation.
