The bank failed. Regulators said they lost confidence in management. The offices were nice and a lot of the employees were friendly. Pay was not great, but work life balance was good.

Awesome place to work. Never micromanage. Ceo Joe was the best. I would of never want to leave if everything stayed the same. Great benefits and comp plan. Salaries for existing employees are under market. But they are paying very well to the new guys.
