Good health insurance at reasonable rates and great technology.

No incentives or bonuses paid to the employees. Management is lacking in all aspects of the company, only take care of themselves. Nepotism is rampant. Upper Management and middle level managers will throw their employees under the bus in a heart beat. Need to value and respect their employees and customers more.

South Side Bank has been a great place to work. The coworkers are good and the company is always investing in new technology. High visibility and the upper management is excellent in supporting their employees.
