The team and leadership at SCYNEXIS are terrific. Given the size and rapid growth of the organization I have been provided so many opportunities to stretch and grow. People are extremely helpful, respectful and caring. It is an extremely positive environment especially with an upcoming launch. I not only love the work I am doing I truly enjoy working with everyone.

Everything else - the environment is so toxic that if you want to develop your career you have to get out - invisible elites with double standards crushing the peanut gallery: management that only cares about their own career development, poor communication, waste of traveling funds especially from operations department and turning a blind eye to all the corruption of people jetsetting around the world in the "interest" of the company; it is really bad having to get there every day
