TERRIBLE PLACE FOR FEMALES TO WORK

I get a paycheck and health insurance

I've heard countless stories from other females about getting screwed over compared to their male counterparts.
They actively shut down complaints rather than trying to fix problems. The ERG group doesn't allow discussion of issues or how to fix them. It's a trap to attract talented female employees only for the company to take advantage of them/pay them less.
There's supposedly an educational fund for employees, but females seem to be arbitrarily denied from using it.
Their stocks are in the trash so they are overworking their employees in a panic state: everyone is burned out and no one is happy.

I am disappointed to say that Vivid Seats fails to meet even the most basic expectations of a professional workplace. The company demonstrates a complete disregard for employee feedback, making it clear that our opinions and concerns are not valued or taken into consideration.
The work-life balance at Vivid Seats is non-existent, with employees expected to work long hours, holidays, and weekends, often without any compensation or recognition for their hard work. This lack of work-life balance contributed to a toxic work environment that left many employees feeling overworked, burnt out, and mentally exhausted.
To add, Vivid Seats also doesn’t have comparable compensation to other similar companies.. This is particularly frustrating given the company's constant boasting of success when earnings are shared. The refusal to listen to employee feedback makes it clear that they have no interest in improving employee conditions or compensating their workers more appropriately.
The high-pressure environment, lack of personal support, and constant demands took a severe toll on many of us, leading to anxiety. Despite this, Vivid Seats showed no concern for our mental health and continued to push us to our limits.
Overall, my experience at Vivid Seats was disappointing. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and supportive workplace.

- There are growth opportunities as the company is growing and I have seen many promotions during my first few months here.
