What constitutes normal busy season in other companies does not ant SEI. Our busy season does not end at April anymore. We work late nights well into June all week. Then throughout the year you still have late nights often. They have a great handle on bringing business in but we never have enough staff thus our team never has a normal workload. They also have hiring freezes which makes it even worse.
