Stitch Fix boasts it's awesome culture and this is a true statement. I have been in distribution for over 15 years and have never seen culture be this supportive. Yes, it's not perfect and the culture doesn't work when leadership doesn't promote the culture in the proper manner. As with any other job or company culture or mission statement, if it's not being driven by the right people it falls apart.

THis company is a hot mess but you can't beat the flexibilty

The only reason I am still at Stitch Fix is the unbeatable flexibility. When I started the culture and company were fantastic but it has completely changed. Enjoy my lead and the flexibility and amount of ownership I feel for my jo and taking care of my clients

Not a bad place to work. They are hanging in there keeping the warehouse open based on how many other locations we have closed. They have evolved over time.

Overall it was refreshing to work in a warehouse environment that at least attempted to improve employee moral. I will say though the work could get quite repetitive, but that can be expected at most similar places in a similar role
