Fast paced and research is cutting edge with scientists of world renown. Employees are from all over the world and people are very open-minded. Hardest part of job is time management for so much is going on, research by nature is not always predictable so lots of flexibility is required as well as productive thinking. Most enjoyable part of the job are that people are fantastic to work with. Also being part of a team that is writing the book on gene therapy is awesome.
