There is no opportunities for growth and they never follow through. Care more about money than the safety of their staff and patients. Management can be rude or quick to smile in your face but won't think twice about going behind your back. They have no clue about what is going on half the time, but definitely a spy in the mix that runs everything back to management. They care more about what contracted employees think than their actual employees. Be less rude with your interactions with your employees and stop being fake everyone knows when you're not being rude you'll smile in our face and be quick to stab us in the back. It is common place to be called out for insignificant things in a public forum. Every day is virtually impossible with unrealistic demands and inconsistent priorities; everyone is trying to leave - people that have been here for a long time who just can’t take it; it’s like being soccer punched, each week with no reprieve. And there is no one to talk to because leadership doesn’t care to ask why good people leave and employees are afraid they will lose their jobs.
