Surgery partners is very overwhelming. The pay is low. There are no annual reviews or real metrics tied to the AHRBP role. There is no formal training and the whole company is a literal circus. Everything is unorganized. Please believe the reviews, they are low for a reason. There’s no real processes to anything they make things up as they go. I had the WORST experience working here. No room for growth and shady supervisor that had a hidden agenda. Very cold and heartless people work here that care about no one but themselves. Did I mention the pay is low for what they ask of you? Please work somewhere else.
