Good benefits, great team atmosphere, highly qualified colleagues and mostly good management. The drug is a good product, too, but has to be commercialized better for the company to stabilize in 2018/19.

Lack of communication from corporate to general employees makes for an uncertain work environment, despite immediate supervisors trying to assuage employee fears of restructuring or down-sizing.

There were several manages who approched all work in a team beased manor. From observation this appeared to give the greatest returns. Managers who delegated aggressively saw little momentum.

Pay is good. Many people internally are nice. Decent product.
|
Sales leadership from the top down is incompetent. The bulk of the team inside are Shire and a ton from Salix. They believe they are building some unique culture but the people in charge aren't open to honest feedback and the leadership is weak.
