However, many of the middle management fought back the advancement of personnel who were/are well versed in their roles. Some managers put into their roles without any knowledge of their departments or how the process worked. Used to rid of long-term employees so that their heavy ladened benefits would not have to be paid out. Typical day for me is getting in extremely early so that I have time to work on deadlines without interruption from others who were employed without experience. I stay late to complete the days tasks and start the following days work process.
